Morris Rosenberg is a Canadian lawyer and senior civil servant with the government of Canada. He formerly served as deputy minister of foreign affairs. He currently serves as President of the Trudeau Foundation. Rosenberg received a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, a Bachelor of Civil Law from the Université de Montréal and a Master of Laws from Harvard University. He has worked for the federal civil service since 1979. He has held the rank of deputy minister since 1996 when he joined the Privy Council Office with responsibility for government operations. He served as deputy minister of justice and deputy attorney general from 1998 to 2004, and deputy minister of health from 2004 to 2010. He became deputy minister of foreign affairs in June 2010 replacing Len Edwards.〔Prime Minister's Office (2010-04-08).
